I was good all weekend and it paid off! I managed to yet again lose the pound I had gained and lost another 1/2 lb this morning. :-)
I also worked out Sunday, an hour of cardio and 50 each of leg raises & sit-ups. Switched to the Muscle Milk, more protein and less calories. We shall see how this week goes.
88.9 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 27.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.6 kg a Week
