236.8, Nice starting the week out right at a new low for a week start.

Ugg, inspection at work is already going silly, but that's neither here nor there. Nothing I can do about it. It is what it is.

Wife is leaving tomorrow for the states. I must stay strong, I was being whiny and emotional, but I have to be strong so she can go visit her mother in peace. Lets Pray for her mom and hope her trip goes alright. Hopefully she can have some fun.

Speaking of fun, lets hope I can stay on my journey while she is gone. i am confident I can. I even think that it will be easier in some ways. Wifey does bring some junk into the house I dont condone, and brings me snacks sometimes I dont ask for. I have learned to just smile and say thank you, rather than be a smartass. I am concerned about the pub, but even then I think I will be OK. It does not call out to me like it used to, and my friends who I run with are all essentially gone. Boy, i sound self centered there, lol.

I am feeling good. My power walks, although only 20-30 minutes are really helping me. I sleep so much better, and my legs and buns of steel are feeling better. My achilles does get a little tight at night. I need to get back into PT for the stretching and massages, and the Ultrasound Massage! It is awesome. I am not sure I will go everyday, but I will at least 4-5 days a week. I am using sportstracker app on my android phone. I like it.
