OOPS!

I really did not expect a gain. Bloody hob nobs!

Have been doing my calisthenics every day and walking most days-even in the Hermosa Le Mistral that has been blowing since Monday!

I repeat BLOODY HOB NOBS!

66.7 kg Lost so far: 7.7 kg.    Still to go: 7.7 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

Man that wind ends in my neck of the woods, would you cut it out! If only you could send the hob nobs w/ the wind, I'd like you even more! I don't have a cost plus and between their dark choc laceys, ginger snaps, and woods (furniture) I'd be fat and broke!!! heeehehe
