We have a .4 raise, but we have a little inflammation this a.m. I confess mowing the lawns, in addition to working out, on top of seasonal allergies, is a bit of a system slammer. But, we'll work with it.
89.1 kg Lost so far: 6.2 kg.    Still to go: 21.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
