i am happy that I could loose some weight in this cold. I know I have reached my goal weight but I would like to lose another 1 or 2 kg for the winter because I know it is going to be a little tough on me then I have a few kg to play with. I hope everyone has a great weekend

71.2 kg Lost so far: 42.8 kg. Still to go: 0 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 0.8 kg a Week
