Well, not following as closely to my diet as before. Haven't worked out in 2 days. Haven't gained any weight though. Haven't even begun my challenge. Need to refocus on me.
96.2 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 12.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
