exercising regular is the key.made myself schedule a time to workout and so far i have stuck to it.looks like i WILL meet my goal of 170 by end of march.
77.6 kg Lost so far: 11.8 kg.    Still to go: 20.9 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
Losing 1.2 kg a Week
