Cena: Pizzetas con tomate, ajo, muzzarella, queso azul, cantimplao, bastón... etc. Manzana.
Antes de dormir: 2 yogures 0%
99.4 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg.    Still to go: 19.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
