Desayuno: Café con leche, tapita de bizcocho y croasaint.
1/2 Mañana: Sandwich y mate.
Comida: Cerdo a la plancha con guisantes y tomate. Pera.
1/2 Tarde: 2 Manzanillas, 5 galletas gullón...
Cena: 1/2 tortilla con pan.
Antes de dormir: 2 yogures.
99.4 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg.    Still to go: 19.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 6.3 kg a Week
