Sunday is Mother's Day and my cheat day for the month. After my cheat day I am thinking about doing doing a 3 day fat fast. I am also increasing my exercise each day. I will do this, I will lose weight and keep it off.
106.4 kg Lost so far: 12.7 kg.    Still to go: 54.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
