Well, whatever I am doing is finally working. I stopped eating full meals and starting snacking all through the day. Healthy snacking. High protein! If I want chocolate, I eat it just not 10 pieces in one sitting. Cut out dairy, only almond or coconut products.
86.2 kg Lost so far: 2.9 kg.    Still to go: 18.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 6.7 kg a Week
