I was really enjoying the idea of losing 4 lbs a week, though unrealistic. Plus it's been a rough week, work, partial vacation etc. 2 lbs is still good, going in the right direction atleast. Gone twice to the gym, trying to go 5 times a week. Done good the last two weeks.
84.5 kg Lost so far: 6.2 kg.    Still to go: 18.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
