My weigh in message made me laugh. Apparently I'm losing 7.7 lb a week! And it will take me 3 weeks to reach my goal! Yeah!
After long consideration I have decided to give up sweets for Lent. This will be very hard but you don't give up something you can easily live without. I was also thinking of giving up alcohol but I only have 1 or 2 drinks a week, so no big challenge. Good luck and strong will to everyone who's giving something up!

I have added alcohol to my "give up" list even though I don't drink much. But it's traditional for Lent and it gives me an excuse not to drink when going out. Should save a few calories.
