Started the 100,000 calorie challenge. As suggested by Rhainman, I will reduce down to 75,000 due to the lower calories that women consume. So, 75,000 cal/31 days = 2,419 calories that I need to burn each day. I think I can actually do it ! Lifted weights for 40 minutes which put me just barely over at 2,435 burnt for the day.
63.5 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
