Well, time to get serious again. Just back from two weeks of vacation (and around 3 months of not eating right and not exercising). I'm up 10 pounds and want to get back to 189 in four weeks. I need to get in shape for skin diving and spearing fish in Bahamas. I'm going over June 21 for 5 days on my boat and hopefully one or two other times for tuna fishing between now and then. MUST...GET...IN...SHAPE!
90.3 kg Lost so far: 5.0 kg.    Still to go: 4.1 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
