Did a lot yesterday. 4 hours at work in the showroom, then almost 8 hours helping another friend move and start unpacking. A lb gain is not what I expected, but it is TOM so I'll blame that. Or the muscle gain from all that work. I didn't hit my head all day so the bumps are going down and I'm thankful for that!
112.2 kg Lost so far: 25.7 kg.    Still to go: 39.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
