I have been doing the same routine, even increasing sometimes, eating the same and my weight is not down , but I have not increased it , that is good, It should be that my muscles are growing up or so, but I feeling overwhelmed
55.8 kg Lost so far: 11.7 kg.    Still to go: 5.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
