Not sure how I gained weight. :-\ Have done nothing differently. Weighed right after I got up. Hadn't even eaten yet. :-\ Good thing I'll be walking for probably 5 hours today.
88.0 kg Lost so far: 10.4 kg.    Still to go: 13.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Sounds like a water weight gain. It could be something as simple as too much sodium yesterday. Many things cause water weight gain. If you walk 5 hours today, you may see a gain tomorrow from your sore muscles retaining water. Google "why the scale lies" for insight in to water weight gain. It is temporary and will go away.
