Woohoo! Another new low. Guess its back on baby. I have an appointment on monday with my naturopath to run an allergy test for gluten in particular to see if I'm really allergic or just intolerant. Then comes the decision whether to let the kid have any wheat either. Its been tough just keeping up on my own foods so planning out both of our meals will be interesting.
Really, the only major changes will be to pack her lunch and snacks too. Right now she gets everything at daycare which is nice because besides bringing in a box of cereal every couple of weeks I don't need to think about it. If I change her meals to gluten free too then in some ways it'll help me because it will force me to plan my meals better instead of grabbing whatever comes to mind. If I forget one day they have food at daycare anyway. And I can stop feeling guilty for giving her potentially harmful foods.
Now that I've thought that through I think I'll print out a few blank calendars and shopping lists and get stuff on paper. This should be fun :)
