Doing pretty good. Keeping busy at work. I try to watch what I eat before work so I burn off anything big. Being separated from husband may have contributed to my lose of appetite but I know I have to eat so I'm not eating as much and when I do I try to pick healthier stuff. I joined a State Park Fitness contest with my daughter so hope that will help me get where I need/want to be.
