I agreed with what I was reading today about the Water Fast! Sometimes whatever is your number on the scale is a "fake" number...when dealing with muscle loss. Only in a good ketogenic state we could have an almost-full fat loss
59.9 kg Lost so far: 2 kg.    Still to go: 7.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 4.9 kg a Week
