Been following my diet, but can't seem to get back to 214. Even going to the gym more now that my hours at work have slacked off a bit. Just gonna keep doing what I'm doing for now, for a while. I'll give it another week but something's gotta change soon.
98.2 kg Lost so far: 15.3 kg.    Still to go: 9.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
