Weigh in tonight....after the weekend I had I am terrified to step on that scale. Ok maybe not TERRIFIED but definitely not looking forward to it!
I may step on backwards and ask the Dr. not tell me the results.

102.1 kg Lost so far: 15.9 kg.    Still to go: 45.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
