I am 197 pounds today and I'm feeling really confident about my weight loss. I lost a total of 31 pounds. I've got 47 pounds to go until I reach my goal weight (150 pounds). I'm so determined and excited. I'm sure I will be 196 by tomorrow since I had under 1,000 calories again today. By Wednesday I should be 195 if all goes as planned. I can't wait to buy and try on new clothes! It will be a blast because I'll actually feel content with my reflection in the mirror. Today I ate a bowl of top ramen and it was super yummy (380 calories) and a small bag of Famous Amos cookies (280 calories). I drank a mocha light bottled frappuccino (100 calories). I had a total of 760 calories. If you're desperate to lose weight try to have less than 1,000 calories a day. Trust me. It works. I worked out for about 5-10 minutes today. Did squats, wall push-ups, push-ups, wall sitting, lunges, and the plank.
