So life got crazy busy with way too many "to do's" on my list and I have totally fallen of the horse... with my face in the mud... and it smells more like manure. So I need to brush off the crap and get back on, even if I do stink.
Ok. Workout for today-done!
Water intake- working on it!
WOE- this will be the challenge, I got myself hooked on carbs again.... you know that feeling when your body bloats and is screaming "please don't feed me anymore grease and sugar or I might quit working for you", yet the only thing that sounds good is junk food?? Ok, maybe that's jut me.
I need a serious detox! (if anyone has a cheap and easy secret on detox- please share!).
Ok- here we go! My horse is Clover munching, but we will get back to a trot again soon! My mom
