Ok, Larry, I'm at family's house for a few days and internet so we'll see if I can do better. We hit Oklahoma yesterday and I lost all control and went to Braum's not once but twice! Had fast food for lunch AND supper and ice cream both meals! Then today we got in and they ordered Pizza Hut pizza and wings. I ate thin crust but when I entered my food I about had a heart attack! Fast food has so many hidden calories! But from now on I'll be doing the cooking so I plan to get a grip! Let's help each other. Ok?
