No change today. Worked on clearing some fallen tree branches on the property yesterday and then went into the office in the afternoon. Didn’t sleep particularly well last night and ended up getting up at about 4am. My workout this morning went well – I did 2.5 miles at 5.5 miles per hour without stopping and completed the full 5k in less than 35 min. Going to be a super busy this week.
