Just returned from an amazing overseas holiday in Africa, hence not weighing in for ages. I am now 2 kg heavier. I wish they were able to take those 2 kg off me at customs so now I have lots of hard work to do. I feel like my goal weight of 72 is so far away. I am back on the program as of today and hope to lose at least 1 kg by this time next week.
