There seems to be a kick back for not exercising for three days in a row, and having a sinus infection seems to compound it.
Today I am 2 #s higher on morning weigh in, and I woke up too early.
99.8 kg Lost so far: 12.7 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
