Not to upset... My husband's BBQ ribs was worth it!!!lots of water and little carbs for the next three days...also low salt...
73.9 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 6.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Mmm. BBQ ribs! Yum. You're doing great. Drink your water and that salt weight will come down quickly. You deserve a treat now and then. Especially if it's worth it.

I know for a fact that you will pee it out with lots of water as if you had a bladder problem. How abt you Beets details :)....

You can also eat bananas (potassium) to balance out salt
