Ok as the team captain for the Veteran's let me just say "do not follow my example this weekend!" I am the ultimate example for what NOT to do! But this week will be great I promise. I think after 4.5 months of eating a pretty strict diet and exercising regularly, I fell off a cliff! Sorry for my bad example, but let's all learn from it!
55.8 kg Lost so far: 13.2 kg.    Still to go: 5.9 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
