I'm logging my weight as I eat a piece of sour dough...no wonder I can't get under 140 again. For lunch I fried up some greens, but had to add butter, feta and some leftover pork chop. Life is good, went for a nice long walk with my doggy and than did my Dannette May tummy exercises (doing this for 2 weeks, hopeful that the tummy gets tightened up no matter what the weight is.
64.4 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 3.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
