148.9 lbs again.


I just can't seem to make it happen.
I ate a bagel and 3 pics of cream cheese. The stress of the job is getting to me. We
67.5 kg Lost so far: 37.7 kg.    Still to go: 4.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
