Today I will start my 2nd water fast day.
Yesterday I had 2 bananas with dates and peanut butter powder for lunch, I knew that being at home all day would make me weak to temptations with food!
60.9 kg Lost so far: 1 kg.    Still to go: 8.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
