Cena: Pollo a la plancha con huevo. Tomate y muzzarella fresca.
Antes de dormir: 2 yogures 0%.
98.6 kg Lost so far: 4.9 kg.    Still to go: 18.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
