Only lost 1 pound this week. Oh well, life will continue. I added exercise into the mix, could be water weight or whatever. I am not too worried about it. Superbowl today, low carb day BUT I will push carbs to 35 instead of 20 for my limit.
114.4 kg Lost so far: 4.6 kg.    Still to go: 62.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
