I know I'm up in weight because we went out to eat last night, so I didn't stick 100% to my points, plus we ate a little later, and I ate a decent amount. Today is a low points day so hopefully I'm back down for weigh in tomorrow. Saturday and Sunday I did quite a bit of work in my garden, moving the beds to another area and had to mix and move a lot of dirt! Also got a strength and cardio workout in on Saturday. Going to walk the dogs and workout after work tonight.
