I slept in today. I somehow slept through all of hubby's alarms and he decided to let me sleep. I did the same yoga video as yesterday and kind of liked knowing what was coming next. to my surprise one of my challenges in this video is keeping good posture at the very beginning. I hope those who are following the same video are enjoying it.
