I couldn't help but weigh myself but was pleasantly surprised. My hubby says I look like I'm losing weigh even though I dont feel it especially in my jeans but something is going on. I've been down to 143 so when I reach like 141 then I will actually feel like I'm doing something but I'm still happy.
65.1 kg Lost so far: 12.4 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
