I broke my Dry Fast yesterday starting with a Water Fast for most of the day and then I had some melons and pineapple in the evening, my stomach didn't hold the fruits too long though...still recovering from the dry fast but at least I have more energy today, I am still having sleep issues due to the fasts.
57.6 kg Lost so far: 4.3 kg.    Still to go: 5.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
