Well, I've managed to drop some weight. Fingers crossed it will stay off! Just gotta stick to my workouts and be mindful of my eating. I'm still not logging my food 'cause I don't want that hassle.
83.4 kg Lost so far: 8.3 kg.    Still to go: 9.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.6 kg a Week
