Boo! All this eating out is killing me...even with the extra activity. I weighed myself 4 times in the past 2 days - I was 134, 133, 132, 133. I'm taking the average and saying its 133. I need a better scale. This one works for boy measuring - like nearest 10 lbs - but it varies a lot by the way I stand on it so i don't think its always accurate...and to make things a little tougher its my travel week for work. BBQ, good southern fried food and 17 hr work days here I come!
60.3 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 5.9 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

First of all, weighing yourself 4 times in 2 days is overkill! You are going to make yourself nuts! Maybe if you feel more accomplished this week (ie not as much overeating) you can reward yourself with a new scale! They don't cost very much. Southern food wont be too bad, just eat small portions.
