While I'm pleased with the progress, the rate of loss is making me slightly nervous because I've always heard that its easier to keep the weight off if you lose it slower (no idea how or why that'd be true). I'm not crash dieting, been eating when I'm hungry, eating what I want and hitting the gym.

Going to be a rough week as far as workouts go, because I'm out of town for a menu tasting at our venue, along with a cake tasting.

79.6 kg Lost so far: 5.7 kg.    Still to go: 12.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.3 kg a Week

Everyone is an individual. What is true for some may not be true for you. For years I had a very easy time taking weight off. What would happen for me to gain it back would be me traveling to other places where I did not realize what my calorie count was with the different types of food.
