Got to go to work in a few hours. Ate something that would hold for many hours. Sick of eating the companies food but on feet for 8 hours have to eat something, plus its free. So try to pick something not so fatty as a snack. I would have hoped with as much running around and constantly being on my feet I would have lost something, but at least I didn't gain.
69.2 kg Lost so far: 8.3 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
