Well I decided to weigh in this morning since tomorrow is going to be so crazy! I am very pleased to announce that I have lost 5 lbs!!! YAH HOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!! I am so excited and so pleased that my hard work paid off! Now I know that I can do this if I just keep my mind to it! I have been exercising every evening for about 30 - 45 minutes before I go to bed and I think that is really helping me out! I plan on doing it again tonight and then also trying to get some in in the morning after I get the bird cooking. My whole family is coming up to our house for Thanksgiving dinner so that means early morning of cooking and getting everything ready, I enjoy doing this, but it is kind of nerve racking, have to get it all right! :-) Also found out that every year the physical therapy place my niece use to go to does a Turkey Trot race and this year they are dedicating it to her and her little sister is starting the race, I would so love to be able to make it, but don't think I am going to be able too, oh well, they know I an there with them in spirit!
