Wondering what I'm doing wrong. I ate less then before but wasn't hungry and GAINED 8 ounces. THIS is was gets me discouraged!!!!
66.2 kg Lost so far: 11.3 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Don't get discouraged :) you cannot allow yourself to obsess over 8 ounces...your body can fluctuate by that amount for any number of reasons. Just keep working at it and you will see results.
