My weekends can still be a lot of grazing, and the weekdays a little low, but I am not excessivley hungry between meals and I definitely eat enough and enjoy my food on N days. I could eat like this for a long time. I just have to thwart the thoughts of bingeing when they occur.

I haven't added regular exercise yet, either.
79.2 kg Lost so far: 4.7 kg.    Still to go: 11.2 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Actually, I base my weight report on an average of my weights the last week, this time, but I think last time I put in the weight I weighed that day. It means I have actually lost more because if I had based it last time on an average, it would have been 177.5. So I've lost more like 3 lbs. over these last two weeks. I know people like to go faster, but I think it's a little fast. I know it is going to slow as time goes on, but this eating is very doable, so if it takes the whole year, it doesn't matter.
