30+ minutes on the bike each day - Done!
25 miles on the treadmill - 25.46 miles
No soda!
84.8 kg Lost so far: 16.8 kg.    Still to go: 10.0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Look at that aweseome loss! I'll need to use you as my motivation! I have a year and a half until the wedding so that's plenty of time but I'm in a weddign in may and that dresss is a little tight, i just need to keep all these things in mind!!
