I broke my fast yesterday with some watermelon and honeydew melon, this morning I have only small traces of ketosis - which I was expecting it due to the sugar intake.
Today I have the appointment for my first Colonics and believe it or not I'm really excited for it, although it's the TOM since last night...after 5 month missing! I will call the clinic to ask if there is any issue with that.
Well TGIF! And for whom celebrate it...Happy Epiphany everyone!
56.3 kg Lost so far: 5.6 kg.    Still to go: 4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
