Fall semester ended 12/15/16, and I have been working out almost daily since. I've been intense strength training / Pilates classes on the Blogilates calendar. They kick my butt!

So, this year I calendared all of my workouts so I can analyze them at the end of the year. Here is my log:

February......8 days of exercise
March.........6 days of exercise
April.........7 days of exercise
May...........10 days of exercise
June..........3 days of exercise
July..........24 days of exercise
August........20 days of exercise
September.....12 days of exercise

December......12 days of exercise

TOTAL DAYS OF WORKOUTS = 123

Nice. I worked out 33.6065574% of the year.

And here are my monthly data:

Last month:
December 2016
Weight 162.5 lbs
Body Fat 39 %
Fat Mass 63 lbs
Lean Mass 99 lbs

This month:
January 2017
Weight 164 lbs
Body Fat 39 %
Fat Mass 64 lbs
Lean Mass 100 lbs

I gained 1.5 pounds, but of that gain, 1 pound is muscle mass! Yes, I have also gained fat mass and I feel bigger than usual, but I am not punishing myself about it. I know that a lot of my weight is stress-related and also due to the caffeinated drinks I consume to stay awake to meet school responsibilities. I can also see the weight shedding off since I'll be graduating this year! I am starting my final full semester of my dual masters program, and I am just ELATED!
74.4 kg Lost so far: 28.6 kg.    Still to go: 16.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.1 kg a Week
